Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policies carefully. If you are no longer able to attend your class and it is at least 12 hours prior to the start of class, you can reschedule your class. Drop-in fees will not be refunded once processed, so please choose to "reschedule" your class if you need to cancel your original booking. You can do so through the app or from our website. If you cancel your class and it is within 12 hours of class starting, or do not show up for your scheduled class: 1) If you have an unlimited membership, you will be charged a cancellation fee 10.00. Exceptions will be made for emergencies. 2) If you have a class package (4 or 8 classes per month), you will lose your booking credit for a "no show, no cancel" booking, you will be charged a 10.00 cancellation fee to your account. 3) If you have paid a drop in free, you will not be refunded for a "no-show, no cancel" booking. 4) If you are using the free trial, you will lose your booking credit for a "no-show, no-cancel" booking. You can access your account from our app or website to double check your bookings, reschedule, or cancel classes at anytime. If you need help in doing so, please let us know! We're here to help.
